Job Description
- Provide professional golf instruction primarily to junior players (ages 6–18)
- Design structured long-term training plans aligned with tournament performance and school admissions pathways
- Deliver private lessons, group classes, and elite junior programs
- Integrate technology and AI-based training tools into coaching
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and competition readiness
- Support academy events and junior development initiatives
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
Requirements
- PGA Certification (mandatory) or equivalent internationally recognized qualification
- Minimum 2+ years of coaching experience (junior coaching preferred)
- Experience in competitive player development
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coaching tools is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Passionate about youth development
