Job Description
1.Deliver engaging and effective English classes for K12 students, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
2.Prepare and implement well-structured lesson plans and teaching materials based on our curriculum.
Create a positive, interactive, and student-centered classroom environment to stimulate students’ interest in English learning.
3.Assess students’ learning progress regularly, provide feedback, and communicate with parents/school management as needed.
4.Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere for all students.
Requirements
1.Non-native speakers are also welcome; fluent in English with authentic, standard pronunciation. Candidates from English-speaking countries are preferred.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification are highly preferred.
At least 1 year of English teaching experience (preferred for K12 students; fresh graduates with passion for education are also welcome).
3.Enthusiastic, patient, responsible, and love working with children/teenagers.
4.Good communication skills, team spirit, and adaptability to different teaching scenarios.
5. Valid student visa holders for part-time roles are welcome, and candidates who can secure their own work visa are also acceptable.
