Job Description
Local Talent Acquisition: Drive the recruitment lifecycle for local Italian/EU personnel, creating talent pipelines for sales, technical, and factory roles.
Labor Compliance & Risk Control: Monitor Italian labor laws and union regulations to ensure all HR policies, contracts, and dismissals are 100% compliant, mitigating overseas employment risks.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee accurate local salary calculations, tax filings, social security, and statutory welfare declarations.
Cross-Cultural Integration: Design and implement cross-cultural onboarding programs and team-building activities to foster integration between Chinese expats and local Italian employees.
Requirements
Language Requirements (Hard Barrier): Fluent/Native in Italian AND fluent in Mandarin Chinese (for direct communication with China HQ).
Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within Chinese manufacturing companies expanding into Europe or international machinery firms.
Competencies: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, strong conflict resolution abilities, and high resilience under pressure.
