Solution Selling: Drive revenue through subscription-based models and integrated hardware-software bundles tailored to the local market.
Strategic Positioning: Deliver high-level technical presentations and partner enablement sessions to showcase our value proposition.
Client Success: Oversee initial project onboarding and maintain executive-level relationships to ensure long-term growth.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in B2B business development, specifically within AECO software, BIM, or GIS.
Proven Track Record: Experience in "startup-style" market entry (0→1) with a deep understanding of SaaS and solution-sales frameworks.
Local Network: A strong existing professional network within the Italian construction and engineering sectors.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Languages & Requirements
Italian: Native or bilingual proficiency (Essential).
English: Professional working proficiency.
Mobility: Readiness to travel frequently across Italy and occasionally within Europe.
