Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Relationship Management: Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Gain a deep understanding of customer project plans and market needs, and effectively convert these insights into concrete sales orders.
2.Brand & Channel Development: Recruit and onboard brand agents, and build or expand effective sales channels to enhance brand visibility and market share in target regions.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of product standards, demand trends, and regulatory developments in the new energy sector. Provide timely, actionable insights on industry dynamics and the competitive landscape.
3.Cross-functional Coordination: Mobilize and align internal and external resources to efficiently transform market opportunities and customer requirements into deliverable business outcomes.
4.Commercial Negotiation: Lead client negotiations and cultivate long-term, trust-based partnerships to drive sustainable business growth.
5.Project Execution & After-sales Support: Actively support customer project implementation and swiftly resolve critical post-sales issues by driving cross-departmental collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction.
6.Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2.Language: Full professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) — must be able to use English as a working language.
3.Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of business development or sales experience in the new energy sector, with hands-on expertise in energy storage systems, photovoltaic products (modules, inverters), lithium batteries, and/or system integration.
4.Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of local market characteristics, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics .
5.Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to independently drive sales initiatives, coupled with strong analytical and strategic judgment in assessing market opportunities.
6.Execution & Resilience: High stress tolerance, a results-oriented mindset, and a consistent ability to deliver under pressure.
7.Professionalism: Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude, with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies and market conditions.
