Job Description
Financial Accounting & HQ Consolidation (Core Pain Point): Bridge the financial systems between the local Italy factory and China Headquarters. Adapt local Italian accounting records into standard reporting packages that comply with Chinese HQ expectations and compliance systems.
Tax & Legal Compliance: Oversee tax planning, monthly/annual declarations, and legal compliance within Italy and the EU. Lead efforts to address external audits, tax inspections, and establish financial risk warning mechanisms.
Budgeting & Management Reporting: Formulate and track the Italy branch’s annual budget, cost controls, and prepare multi-dimensional financial management reports to support business decisions.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage local bank relationships, optimize working capital, monitor cash flow, and lead overdue accounts receivable collections.
Requirements
Language Requirements (Hard Barrier): Native or fluent Italian AND fluent Mandarin Chinese (capable of business high-level communication and reporting directly to Chinese HQ).
Professional Knowledge: Proficient in both Italian Accounting Standards (Local GAAP) and Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS) / IFRS.
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on corporate finance experience. Industry background is open (Manufacturing is highly preferred, but overall capability and language match are prioritized).
Systems: Familiarity with SAP or core ERP systems is a strong plus.
