Job Description
1. Responsible for formulating brand promotion strategies and organizing their implementation to ensure brand awareness enhancement and market share expansion;
2. Responsible for developing and executing product positioning and packaging strategies according to the company's strategic planning;
3. Plan and execute brand promotion activities, including online and offline activities, to enhance brand awareness and user stickiness;
4. Work closely with the marketing team to assist in implementing promotional activities and ensure the effectiveness of brand promotion;
5. Based on the company's operational data, analyze and optimize the effectiveness of brand promotion to continuously enhance the brand's market competitiveness;
6. Responsible for building and operating the brand team, enhancing the market performance of the brand and products;
7. Pay attention to industry trends and competitor trends, and adjust and optimize brand strategies in a timely manner.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, over 3 years of experience
2. Excellent market research, planning, and execution abilities, with priority given to those with successful project promotion experience;
3. Having good data analysis and judgment skills, able to use data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of brand promotion;
4. Having team collaboration and communication skills, able to effectively communicate with teams and partners;
5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with good written and oral expression skills;
