Role Mission
Lead the commercialization and visual presentation of the Hi-Spec B2C brand across Amazon marketplaces through stronger visual systems, conversion-aware design, competitor intelligence, AI-assisted workflows, and measurable listing optimization.
The role is focused on improving commercial performance through better brand presentation, stronger design process discipline, structured testing, and conversion-driven optimization.
The Amazon e-commerce platform is the primary operational focus.
Key responsibilities include:
1. B2C Conversion & Best-Selling Items Listing Optimization
2. B2C Creative Quality Control & Design Team Output Management
3. AI-Assisted Workflow, Folders & Process Discipline
4. B2C Brand Identity & Style Guide Development
5. Competitor Benchmarking & Conversion Intelligence
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is commercially aware, highly organized, visually detail-oriented, and capable of combining creative thinking with structured commercial execution.
This role is not focused purely on traditional graphic design ability. Strong visual judgement, commercial awareness, process discipline, and structured thinking are equally important.
