Job Description
• Act as the central point between global brand customers and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor the merchandising staff, raising standards in communication, proactivity, and project management.
• Guide the team through the full merchandising cycle: development, pricing, orders, production follow-up, quality, and shipping.
• Drive digitalization and data usage across merchandising, ensuring fact-based decisions.
• Anticipate customer needs, align internal actions, and ensure timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Collaborate across departments (Production, Quality, Sourcing, Logistics) to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
• 7–10 years of sportswear merchandising experience, preferably with international/OEM brands.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
• Customer-oriented with western mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with ERP/MES or similar systems, and comfortable using data as a decision-making tool.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, International Trade, or Textile Engineering.
