Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive to support the international expansion of our law firm. The role focuses on client development, exhibition participation, and business outreach targeting Middle Eastern clients and companies doing business with China.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend trade exhibitions, business conferences, and commercial events across China, particularly in Yiwu and other major trading hubs.
Develop and maintain relationships with Middle Eastern clients, traders, and companies interested in legal services in China and the Middle East.
Introduce and promote the firm’s legal services to potential clients, including dispute resolution, commercial matters, cross-border investment, company establishment, and debt recovery.
Conduct client follow-ups and assist in converting business leads into long-term clients.
Assist lawyers with client communication, interpretation, and basic translation in Arabic and English.
Support market research and identify new business opportunities related to Middle Eastern markets.
Coordinate meetings, business visits, and networking activities with potential clients and partners.
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English; Chinese language ability is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personality with confidence in networking and business development activities.
Willingness to travel within China, including regular visits to Yiwu and exhibitions in different cities.
Previous experience in sales, business development, international trade, exhibitions, or client relations is preferred.
Knowledge of Middle Eastern business culture is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
