A technology-savvy business coordinator responsible for helping departments adopt AI tools, organize shared knowledge systems, improve digital workflows, and strengthen collaboration across the company.
Experience in eCommerce, Amazon, business operations, project coordination, business systems, technology support, training, knowledge management, or process improvement would be advantageous.

We are an established eCommerce company with a strong presence across Amazon and other leading online marketplaces.
This role will play a key part in helping us build collaborative AI-enabled knowledge systems and shared project-based systems using platforms such as ChatGPT Projects, OpenClaw workspaces, and future AI-assisted collaboration environments.
This position acts as an internal AI applications champion, helping employees understand and benefit from emerging technologies while ensuring business knowledge remains accessible, organized, and reusable across teams.

The successful candidate will take time to understand existing departmental workflows and working practices before recommending improvements or introducing new tools.
The role requires daily interaction with co-workers, patience, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
This includes demonstrating software features, explaining business benefits, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, answering questions, and providing support for both significant challenges and seemingly trivial technical or application problems

●support the adoption of AI-assisted business tools such as ChatGPT, OpenClaw, and other emerging workplace technologies
●help departments build and maintain shared project folders, collaborative workspaces, and reusable knowledge systems
●organize project information, AI conversations, prompts, references, decisions, and documentation so they can be easily reused by teams
●identify opportunities to improve workflows and business processes
●provide training, demonstrations, and support to employees using new software and AI tools
●troubleshoot user issues and help staff gain confidence with technology
●assist departments in moving from isolated files and personal folders towards shared project-based knowledge systems
●help improve collaboration, continuity, and knowledge sharing across the company
●assist in developing standards for project organization, information management, and knowledge retention
●evaluate new AI applications and productivity tools that may benefit the business
