Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1.Technical Support & Implementation: Provide professional technical consulting services; participate in product installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing to ensure successful project implementation.
2.After-sales Maintenance: Responsible for the routine maintenance of projects, including troubleshooting, repair, and system upgrades, to ensure proper product operation.
3.Customer Training & Follow-up: Conduct product usage and maintenance training for customers; perform regular follow-up visits to understand usage status and collect satisfaction feedback for continuous service improvement.
4.Documentation: Prepare various project-related documents, such as acceptance reports, operation manuals, and training materials.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above; preference for majors in Electronics, Automation, Computer Networks, Internet of Things, or related fields;Proficient in English for daily communication.
2.Possess foundational knowledge of computer networks; holders of an electrician certificate or relevant computer certification will be given priority.
3.Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills and service awareness, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction.
